Tracey is our Operations Manager. Tracey has worked in the Community sector in leadership roles. Tracey oversees Calm Tree’s business operations and Service provision team. Tracey completed her MBA at Griffith University and has worked across the community sector including Disability Employment and NDIS.

House Leader

Uli has been working for Calm Tree since 2023 and has lead the team of experienced complex needs Support Workers to support participants get back to baseline and build capacity based on individuals’ needs, goals and capabilities. Uli has received recognition from participants, Guardians and stakeholders on her ability to deliver person centered approaches that has positive outcomes.

Support Specialist

Teagan is Calm Tree’s Support Specialist. Her role is to liaise with the Behaviour Practitioners and key stakeholders to develop strategies and planning and implementation of participants support. Teagan will also be instrumental in developing participant’s capacity building and goals and monitoring participant’s progress. Teagan has over 5 years experience working with complex needs participants including youth with complex disabilities.

Service Manager Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast

Emma is Calm Tree’s Service Manager for the Brisbane. Ipswich and Gold Coast region supporting the community from our Logan Office and at the Coomera Oxenford Youth Centre.
Emma comes from a Support Coordination background and has been working with complex needs people with a disability to support to participants get back to baseline and support with capacity building.

Ying

Service Coordinator - Multicultural

Ying is the Service Coordinator for Multicultural supporting our service provision team deliver the expected quality support. Ying is bilingual and can speak mandarin. Ying has previously worked in the aged care and disability sector supporting people from diverse background and multicultural communities with disability support.
