Individualised approach to support participants with capacity building with daily living and transferrable skills towards employment.

Through Calm Tree’s Developing Life and Work Skills, participants are supported individually and tailored to each participant’s circumstance and capacity.

Our focus is to assist participants improve independence capacity with daily living and community engagement that build skills that could be transferrable to employment.

Individuals are supported with capacity building in daily living activities, navigate using public transport, develop engagement skills within the community, and participant in group activities using resources, tools, and encouragement to develop and improve everyday life skills to increase confidence with independent living.

Skills that participants will be supported include communication, social, daily living activities, problem-solving and more.
