Providing a range of home support services that vary from in-home assistance with household tasks like cleaning and gardening, right through to community support services and life skills development.

We carefully match support workers with participants to support a better life and increased independence.

Our Home and Community Care Support

Under the NDIS, Calm Tree provides a range of home and community supports to help you meet your goals.
  • Support with cleaning and tidying around the home and garden maintenance.
  • Assistance with showering, dressing, eating
  • Support daily living capacity building
  • Assistance to prepare meals on your behalf or to assist you.
  • Assistance with grocery shopping or we can complete the shop for you.
  • One-on-one social outings or help to connect with your community.
  • Transport to and from medical appointments and social outings.
  • We help source the right equipment to make your life more comfortable.
  • Assist you at your workplace if you are working

Our team is made up of trained support workers, support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, domestic assistants and home & garden maintenance staff.

All our staff have the appropriate screenings to work with vulnerable adults and children and staff providing direct care have a Certificate 3 qualification in the industry as a minimum. Support care staff also hold Provide First Aid and CPR certification. Calm Tree staff are required to attend annual professional training and maintain mandatory competencies to remain a part of our team.
